Haldimand and Norfolk Housing and Social Services launches redesigned website

February 11, 2026 - Haldimand and Norfolk Housing and Social Services (HNHSS) is pleased to announce the launch of its newly redesigned website at hnhss.ca. The site has been modernized to make it easier for residents to find information, complete tasks, and stay connected with available supports. 

Visitors can explore dedicated areas for Housing Services, Ontario Works, Child Care and Early Years, and Homelessness Prevention. Each section provides straightforward explanations of available supports, step‑by‑step guidance, and easy access to online tools. 

The new website will replace the previous housing-focused website at hnhousing.org, and the social services-focused website at hnss.org.  

Improved features

The new website: 

• Provides simplified menus and a user-friendly design for easier access to information 
• Adjusts to any screen size, ensuring a consistent experience on a desktop computer or phone
• Offers online forms and applications 
• Ensures anyone can access information, with accessible content that aligns with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) 

Share feedback

Residents are encouraged to explore the new website and provide feedback on the site’s design, organization, and features at hnhss.ca/Feedback. Visitors are also encouraged to report errors or issues.

Residents and clients can also access Housing and Social Services by phone at 519-426-6170 in Norfolk, and 905-318-6623 in Haldimand. 

HNHSS offers in-person services at offices in Simcoe at 12 Gilbertson Drive, and in Dunnville at 117 Forest Street East.
